Terms & Conditions

When placing an order you indicate a desire to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any representations made as to delivery times are within the areas stipulated by us and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be liable. Please refer to Shipping & Handling.  In order to contract with www.nurture.co.id you must be able to make valid and sufficient payment to us through legal channels. www.nurture.co.id retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you via e-mail that your order is placed in our system and is pending payment. We will also inform you in the same e-mail of the appropriate payment details and methods. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit/debit card or bank account used to place your order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of your order. The cost of products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised on the Site are subject to such change without prior notice to you.

1. Sale Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order and that your order is pending payment. Note that this acknowledgement email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute finalization of your order or the formation of a sale contract. A sale contract will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that your payment has been received and that the goods you ordered will be dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

2. Pricing & Availability

Whilst we do our utmost in ensuring that all details, descriptions, availability, and prices of products which appear on this Site are accurate, errors may occur from periodically. If we discover an error in the price or availability of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this immediately and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you or receive acknowledgement form you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs will be charged in addition to all prices displayed; such additional charges will be clearly displayed where applicable and included in the total cost prior to placing your order.

3. Payment

Upon receiving your order, an acknowledgement e-mail will be sent to you confirming its receipt and payment details. At this stage, your order is not finalized and is still pending. Once we receive sufficient funds from you and your payment is confirmed, we will send an acknowledgement e-mail indicating so and that your order will soon be dispatched. Your order will then be dispatched within 1-2 business days of this acknowledgement e-mail.

4. Discount Codes

  • Account Discount Codes - Discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders; such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered. Account discount codes will thus not be transferrable.
  • Promotional Discount Codes - We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this site.

5. Limited Warranty

We do not authorize anyone, including, but not limited to, Retailers, the subsequent consumer purchaser of the product from a Retailer, or remote purchasers, to obligate us in any way beyond the terms set forth herein. We warrant our products to be free from substantial defects in workmanship and materials under normal household use in accordance with the instructions for one (1) year following the date of purchase. We will, at our discretion, replace or repair any item requiring service. This warranty shall not apply to damage arising from neglect, accidental damage, or commercial use of the product. This is a limited warranty, which extends only to consumers and does not extend to Retailers. Liability for consequential damages is expressly excluded. Proof of purchase is required.

  • Replacement/Credit - If our product fails to meet our limited warranty during the warranty period, we will, at our option, replace the product free of charge or provide you with a replacement of comparable value. Any replacement may be conditioned upon the return of the defective product to us at your expense.
  • What Our Limited Warranty Does Not Cover - This warranty is effective only if the product is operated in the country in which it was purchased. A product that requires modifications or adaptation to enable it to operate in any other country than the country for which it was designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized, or repair of products damaged by these modifications, is not covered under this warranty. We offer this limited warranty only when the product is used by the original end-user consumer. We offer no other warranty. Additionally, while our warranty is excellent, there are other limits to it. We offer NO WARRANTY in cases of damage in transit, inadequate care or neglect, abuse, abnormal use, accidents, normal wear and tear, damage due to environmental or natural elements, failure to follow product instructions, immersion in water, water damage to the base unit due to misuse, improper installation, improper storage or maintenance of the product or improper service, or causes not arising out of defects in materials and workmanship.
